The Ricoh Five One Nine is a second-generation Ricoh 500 equipped with an optics opening at f1.9 from where the name.
Like his little brother and other Ricoh of the same era, it is equipped with the triggermatic, a quick arming lever on the sole.
There is a difference in the treatment of the brand in front, the 500 has an engraved logo and painted while the Five One Nine has a colorful logo reported.
Other versions of the Five One Nine, will no longer have this name in cursive letters but directly in numbers ( 519 De Luxe, 519M )
